3. Tap on the connector you want to use.
4. Plug the charging cable into your car.

To add funds to your wallet:

1. Go to the ION Wallet section in the app.
2. Tap Top Up.
3. Choose the amount and payment method (Apple Pay/Google Pay or add a credit card).
4. Confirm the payment.

Your balance will update instantly after a successful transaction.

If your wallet balance is too low to cover the session:

• The session will not start, or
• If the session already started – we will stop the session before the ION Wallet balance will reach 0.

You can always top up your ION Wallet during a session and resume charging.

We operate with a transparent pricing model based on energy delivered (per kWh). Here’s what you need to know:

• You are charged per kWh delivered to your car.
• Prices exclude VAT.
• 5% VAT is added to the final price.
• The full cost, including real-time consumption, is visible during your charging session in the app.

Typical rates:

• AC chargers: AED 0.70 / kWh + VAT
• DC chargers: AED 1.20 / kWh + VAT

Note: Tariffs may vary by location or special conditions. Always check the rate in the app before starting a session.

Idle fees are applied when your car remains plugged in after charging is complete.

• A 5-minute grace period is provided, after which, a per-minute fee will be charged according to the station’s tariff.

• We can confirm it’s really you,
• You receive important updates and support communication,
• We can send invoices and receipts directly to your inbox.

Your account data and email are kept secure and never shared without your permission.

You can view all past charging sessions in the My Sessions section.
